Flocknote had spent over 13 years working with over 220,000 church and ministry leaders to help them reach more of their sheep.

Why is that, you ask? Well, most churches can’t reach their people when they need to — in between Sundays or if a person stops showing up on Sundays. We help churches fix that with a smarter way to text message and email their members. Flocknote churches can reach all their members at a moment’s notice, resulting in higher attendance, increased stewardship, and a more connected church.

If you haven’t noticed yet, we’re a little different over here. You won’t find pushy salespeople; instead we have Happiness Engineers who are kind, friendly, and always happy to help. 🤩 And in a leap of faith, we’ve eliminated our social media accounts, and stopped running ads — we’re not fans of systems that sell your personal data so somebody can track and send you more ads…so we’ve opted out. Instead, Flocknote grows almost entirely from referrals from churches and ministries like yours.

We are currently looking for some great engineers to join the fast-growing product team at Flocknote. It’s an important role in our company and will help shape the path forward for Flocknote.

We’re a small, startup dev team with a passion for the Church and making great things. We work hard, have fun, and are always improving. Because we’re a small shop, you must be self-motivated, able to manage your day-to-day schedule, and a very good communicator. You’ll have the opportunity to have your hands in everything, from the data model to stylesheets, from concepts to launches, from process to implementation.

If you have a passion to help the Church, and enjoy dreaming up smart ways to solve problems and then watching your code come to life to make a real difference in the world, keep reading.
