REQUIREMENTS

  • Storm Restoration sales experience preferred, or 2 years Customer Sales
  • Must be willing to get on roofs
  • Have your own reliable transportation with the ability to haul a ladder
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven, strong work ethic
  • Polite & Positive attitude elevating team spirits
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Great attitude and Willingness to learn
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must have a clean driving record and criminal background check
  • Be able to lift/carry ladder and climb ladder with confidence
  • Must be able to carry over 50 pounds
  • Work outdoors, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays – Create your own schedule
  • Must be at least 20 years or older

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Canvasing Neighborhoods / Cold calling
  • Deliver efficient, informative, and interactive sales presentations to clients on company services ( Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows & Doors )
  • Educate homeowners about the insurance process
  • Perform Roof and exterior inspections
  • Identify Storm Damages
  • Communicate with Insurance Companies on behalf of homeowners
  • Write up jobs and material/labor orders
  • Sign contracts
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals
  • Visit job sites during installs
  • Look for every opportunity to upsell
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Become your client’s best friend – REFERRALS!!

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends
Experience: Customer Sales: 2 years (Required), Storm Restoration: 2 years (Preferred)
License: Driver’s (Required)
