McCarthy and Akers Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, an established Law Office, with several offices in the Shenandoah Valley, is looking to grow their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a real estate settlement office.

Primary Duties:
Processing – opening files, ordering and reviewing title work, obtaining payoffs, HOA info, etc. as needed. Working closely with buyers and sellers, Realtors and lenders to insure a smooth closing process.

Disbursing – reviewing signed closing docs & submitting for funding authorization. Recordation and disbursement of files. Request and submit final title policies.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work well with others, and independently, in a high paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new things.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
