Conservative think tank located in downtown DC seeks person with meticulous attention to detail and willingness to take initiative. Strong communication skills required; interacts with all levels of staff and management, and serves as a point of contact for office. Provides administrative support for the president and senior administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office desk, which includes answering phones, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering supplies. Support the president and senior staff, including support with calendars, communications, marketing, donor-relations, databases, and foundation grant requests. This role also provides logistical support for events.

Qualifications:

A commitment to EPPC’s mission. Excellent organizational, listening, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, juggle various projects, and maintain diverse responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn and respond intelligently to diverse scenarios. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and knowledge of Creative Suite and database software preferred. Ability to organize and structure office routines, files, procedures, and projects. Writing and editing skills required.
