This job opening comes at an exciting time to join Habenae Consulting. We have experienced double-digit growth and have recently expanded our boutique consulting firm from Europe to the USA.


  • Working alongside clients and Senior Habenae Advisors to:
    • Drive improvement of business processes, leveraging Sales and Marketing systems to drive growth and scale
    • Improve and refine workflows within Salesforce CRM and other platforms to ensure clients are getting the maximum value out of their tech stack while meeting users’ needs
    • Working closely with our client’s sales and marketing teams to drive value in deal movement, updates and advise management with insights to guide the sales team
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, adding value to the client’s sales organization to increase impact.
    • Develop reports and subsequent analysis with actionable insights.
    • Organize data and utilizing it to enhance Sales effectiveness.
    • Assist with critical sales planning activities during business reviews, planning and budgeting cycle at the client’s site.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making.
    • Support our client’s sales and marketing regarding territory and staffing design, commission plans, quota setting, onboarding, training and enablement, campaign performance and data management.


  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate


  • BA/BS degree in business or related, quantitative field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and ability to present analysis clearly and compellingly,
  • Understand Sales and Marketing processes and systems (sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, Deal velocity).
  • Want to work in a high-growth, performance and deadline-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented, with attention to detail, and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solid commitment to working as part of a dynamic team
  • Desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated.
