HSLDA Online Academy is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to assist with technical support, customer service, marketing, account management, and daily program tasks. This is a full-time position, located onsite in our Purcellville, VA office. (Non-remote)

What Will You Do:

  • Maintain and update student enrollment records.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in optimizing and maintaining the online registration and payment system.
  • Assist with deployment and maintenance of online platforms and other technological tools.
  • Provide technical support and customer service via phone and email, ensuring a quality user experience.
  • Manage the Academy’s helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Assist the operations team as needed with set-up and launch for academic terms.
  • Assist in managing the Academy’s website, analytics accounts, and social media accounts.
  • Query data and use spreadsheets to analyze operations and marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist with curating and segmenting email lists for Academy marketing campaigns.
  • Assist setting up content for marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research and comparisons.
  • Verify final grades and process final grade documents.
  • Create an annual schedule for weekly live class sessions.
  • Assign Adobe Connect licenses to instructors.
  • Assist with Academy referral program as needed.
  • Send academic announcement emails via email automation tools.
  • Manage Academy inbox and categorize emails for relevant recipients.
  • Assist the Director and the Operations Manager with special projects as requested.

What You Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Being a committed Christian who supports HSLDA’s mission
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately create, edit, and analyze complex spreadsheets in Excel
  • Advanced use of Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP and dynamic arrays preferred
  • Understanding of Google Analytics a plus
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain technology to others clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent demonstrable telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a constructive team player
  • Ability to multi-task and be organized
  • Basic knowledge of front-end web design preferred
  • A strong work ethic
  • Flexibility in schedule and ability to put in extra hours during busy seasons
