**Office would love to hire Christendom Alumni**

Christendom College Graduate School of Theology seeks to appoint a member of staff who will bring new students into our classes. This individual will also help to develop special initiatives such as our catechetical formation offerings, the Christendom@ project, which brings Graduate School classes to students at non-Catholic universities, the coordination of our alumni, and the development of the Graduate School’s physical plant. The Enrollment Representative and Special Initiatives Coordinator will function as a member of a close-knit, adaptable team and share in broader support tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow enrollment
  • Serve as public ambassador of the Graduate School
  • Assist in the development and coordination of academic initiatives, especially catechetical formation and the Christendom@ project
  • Serve as liaison to supporting departments within the wider College (alumni, marketing and communications, operations, maintenance, special events)
  • Assist in the coordination of efforts related to building a new physical plant
  • Marketing
  • Website optimization
  • Coordination of alumni
  • Production of the Graduate School Newsletter
  • Production of flyers and brochures
  • Assist other team members with reception, phone calls, general office tasks

  • Able to travel occasionally
  • Able to move with the Graduate School from Alexandria (present-June) to Front Royal (June onward)
  • Able to deal with the stress of work cycle surges related to the academic calendar
  • Physical ability to travel to cold and hot climates, lift 40 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, stand, bend over, kneel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in related field preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, website-development tools, email and graphic design software
